The new season has not kept cheaters out; they are present in every game and are increasing in number as time goes by.
From last season till now, not only familiar faces are still active in the game, but also many new species have joined. EA seems to be unable to do anything about it, or allows them to sabotage, which I am very disappointed about.

Read back to when I wrote about the stats: I also have >100% for the shotguns. That is 'normal' as for them, this is calculated on a per pellets.basis and just having 100% would actually reflect rather poor aim.
I wrote that you need to take into accont either SMGs (which stands for submachine guns, the first category on the left) and ARs (assault rifles). You cannot use the same statistics for other categories.
I am an average player with 22-24% accuracy for said weapon categories with HS% of around 20 and approx 1.2 KPM. Good players in my clan have 24% accuracy and 24 HS% and 1.8 KPM.
VERY good players reach 28% accuracy and rarely more than 25% HS. Players with >30% HS are most likely cheaters. With 35% (and 200+ kills for any AR/SMG) you can be 100% certain that they are cheaters. That is not just 'evidence' -- that is what I would consider proof.
This one been raging for awhile. Stat check could easily identify this and autoban. But even if they didn't want to automate it entirely, it could at least flag for immediate review. There is no reason for this other than corporate greed.

Yeah. That is an obvious rage cheater. EA has let them play for over a week and they have almost 20 hours of playtime. It's almost certain there have been numerous reports.
Just imagine how many closet cheats are in the game using ESP/Wallhack and/or soft aimbot. Considering how EA lets this obvious nonsense go on for so long. EAC was better and the game feels signficantly less clean now.
Of course the anticheat works, and it is probably very effective against these free cheats that are available online, just look in the BF5 forum.
Not all, but many of them have or have had cheat programs installed, which EAAC has detect. There are examples, where they didn't get the answers to why the game didn't start in the official forum and then went to the cheat forum to ask the same question.
Then it is not difficult to figure out that when the supply is reduced, they look for other suppliers.
It is probably the rise of these cheaters everyone is seeing, cheaters who have advanced to better cheats.
Because, who wants to believe in, that they will stop, just because a new AC has been installed.
No, they simply move on, for the simple reason that a cheater is always a cheater.
