@MurkaZzzand I think many people voicing defense here forget that we paid for a product that was advertised and expected to deliver a certain product, based on past performance, but failed to do so and instead released something that was certainly not ready for consumption. They are not doing any favors, they are correcting what was already paid for. Thats just business, or should be.
Now I will admit that I do like many aspects of the game and continue playing. I think it has a lot of potential and yes, I can be patient for the corrections and functionality to be coded in. But in my mind, the sense of urgency from EA should be communicated and some good faith made to keep the audience.
Should never buy something based on past performance (especially after V). People also need to understand that most of the developers love the series and want to see it grow - features being outright removed and focus put on specific modes and agendas is an upper management type of deal

@TTZ_DipsyI do not agree. I have always and continue to buy products based on past performance. Its call brand loyalty and I do it with almost everything, including software and hardware. Now obviously as time goes on, companys lose the culture and direction often changes. But then so will the consumer choose to buy elsewhere.
Keep in mind that I am not whining about the developers or some of the tweaking that is being worked on, thats normal stuff. It was a bad decision at the management level to release the game prematurally and without basic coding , such as native joystick support, as they have had for every previous version.- filthy_vegans4 years agoSeasoned Ace

Exactly. People have amnesia.
