Especially what is totally incomprehensible is that EA claim all the many studios were involved. And more than 3 years of development to make.... This???
Old BF4 was much more advanced, had all the bells and whistles that now the whole community is asking for totally missing in BF2042. Just the bare bone basics really of any standard FPS game really.
Next to all the many things you listed as missing, also the dumbing down of:
Limited weapons, limited vehicles, very limited weapons and vehicle customization. No ability to see squads or directly team up with your friends in squads. The just just goes on and on.
It really comes across as a bare bones cheap game so far.
And not matching the AAA price we paid for it.
