@mickey921 Thanks. I'll give that a go and see if it matters. I know that when I hosted the Portal server, one of my friends was able to complete the Manifest section in full.
@Ghostrider0067 Check around these forums, I know someone posted the exact order, including the map order, that you have to follow. The answers are here somewhere, old enough you’ll need to dig but I followed it back in the day and got all the unlocks. I think you can set up your own portal and still get it done.
