Easy 4 the Cheaters ? WHY ? EAC ?
Why u use EAC and make it easy for the Cheaters ? Whats with BattlEye or FairFight or a NEW ANTI CHEAT PROGRAM ?
I promise you this game will be full of cheaters at 2nd Day of Beta ......

Let's all go back the the totalitarian BF Forums were the c word was stamped out like it was bullying in the kids playground. It will always be valid after BFV - @DrunkOnRedWine How was I being condescending? Since when is thanking someone condescending?
I think you are making a lot of assumptions, but thank you for your concern as well.
Making a Community Moderator aware of a thread that is likely to be closed is simply saving everyone time. Nothing more than that. - @BestNoob Fairfight was the AC used in BF1 and BF5 that everyone complained about. I've seen solid feedback in other games with EAC so what have you seen that indicates it's bad?

We are just allowing limited feedback discussions specifically about Easy Anti-cheat's use in 2042.

The time is NOW to complain and discuss about Anti Cheat. Not after everything is lost.
I had bad experience with EAC Admins (insulting harrasing, racism) okay you cannot damn the whole thing because one black sheep but ...
EAC is useless and also manual made reports they dont care about. Best example was a 5 vs 5 CSGO Match few years ago on challengeme platform.
They used EAC Server and Client sided, i was in a game .... one started cheating and after this another and so on ... in the end me and the other guy were the only one not cheating.
(it was offensive cheating with laser beams through the walls and spinbot etc.) 8x Cheaters in 1x Game, 8x reports to challengeme and directly to EAC. EAC has done nothing, challengeme has done nothing (all i got was an insulting message from a EAC Admin via Steam and after i reported this guy a forum ban and no answer from EAC after i reported it to them, no sorry, no "we investigating in ..." .... nothing)
... all 8x guys got VAC ban 3x months later. For me the non plus ultra approval of what EAC is .....And look at all the games full of cheaters and not able to handle the cheater problem, EAC is fake hyped and recommended by suspect and not trustable people:

And those games full of cheaters are only the ones i have played. If you want to support such behaviour, cheaters and untrustable tools and persons, go on do what u want.
But if you want to stop it and stop the cheaters, DO IT ! Dont use EAC, use BattlEye (in my opinion the only alternative at the moment, because there is no other.)
Or Riot Games Vanguard ? Or create a NEW ANTI CHEAT that really works !
@BestNoobEAC is the only anti-cheat measure they have shared with the public. They have implied there is more behind the scenes... so they may already be using BattlEye for all we know.
From a strategic standpoint, I would not want them to let the world know everything the use / are doing to combat cheating. Why do you want know so badly?

This was super obvious to anyone who actually knows what's behind the curtains with cheating in video games, especially PC. I still contend that somehow certain individuals and the company in general are benefitting from having a poor AC and making decisions that only encourage cheating like no spotting, no mini map etc.
Need to develop some sort of AI server side and set some limits and stick with them. Kids that start crying on social media because they are just gud and got "false" banned because, of say, silly KDR's, HS ratios etc. should be ignored. There is NOT 10, 000 of godlike superhumans hiding in their mom's basement.
But the culture is def to cheat. It's "cool", "fun", "chillin", "popping", "smurf", etc etc....
Get seriously hard on banning cheaters and stick your guns.
The game is going to get hacked regardless of the anti-cheat used. If you want to play these games on PC, then accept the fact that cheaters will always be a problem. The small nimble groups who create the cheats can move much faster than behemoths like EA who take forever to counter the changes cheat providers make to circumvent EA's latest efforts.
lol not true...they just need to throw a little talent and $$$ at anti-cheat. Sounds like you might cheat or develop cheats? Now I always hear excuse like EA doesn't have the money to put towards AC. That is completely and utterly not true. I wonder how much the higher ups make per year as a salary and stock options etc.

Oh I should elaborate on my comment around companies not wanting an effective AC. I am sure these large publishers are well aware that an actually effective AC kills a game because the culture is to cheat. I recently had this discussion with a 19 year old female aspiring streamer. She admitted she cheats and so does most of her friends. You could actually tell she thought I was "old" and basically "stupid" not to be. Its just the cool thing to do. There is a few titles out there that are prime examples of this..but only a handful mind, and by effective I'm being generous.
