@CyberDyme I think it’s uncommon in the US to have this kind of good work conditions (so much paid holiday + paid vacation + sick leave)

Fair point @VOLBANKER_PC ! 

Maybe these many paid days off and paid sick leave is required for the person's own mental health to stay somewhat sane despite all the offensive abusive they might risk being exposed to?  Xanax is not cheap either in the US.  :o)
