Please add your support to these threads if you want to see MM replaced.
MM should only be for the "Quick Match" option where you don't care and want to get into a game immediately.
Otherwise, add server browser and queues. This is what you call a Quality of Life improvement. It needs to have filters for region, game mode, # of players, and map. Very easy to implement, but has a huge impact on the QoL for the remaining 2000 people who want to play the game.

100 % correct,
We need Server Browser / Persistent Servers like we had in previous BF's.
And as you rightly say MM for "Quick Match" for anyone who want to use that option.
DICE please bring back these QoL features in the coming updates and stop players having to put up with MM and all it's frustrations.
