Engineers should support vehicles instead of destroying vehicles by themselves

@TTZ_Dipsy Yup. If I had a challenge for repairs I'd always go with a copter. I mean yeah you can sit on top of a tank to repair without worrying about their driving skills, but it wouldn't be the safest spot for an unarmed player.

@DPsx7 I’ve repaired tanks laying on the back as there was no choppers on the map. I died to rockets shot at the tank, as well as getting shot off. I’d do it again! Lol
