Explosive Damage through indestructible objects

Have you ever wondered how you died behind cover, a wall, a shipping container, from explosives?

It's possible that it was due to smoke:

It seems like smoke negates some other effects like incendiary devices (puts out fire) and also seems to negate the effects of cover (ouch).

Thoughts?

  • @Adamonic Saw that earlier today and it does look like that's what's happening. Think about it, couldn't we grapple on to smoke early on when playing as MacKay?
  • @Adamonic First this game treated smoke as a solid object as it stopped grenades and large projectiles.

Now it treats smoke as geometry removal tool?

People at EA / Dice or whoever is patching this game, don't you have a single bit of pride in your work? Or you just do f all and get paid for it?
