False ban for cheating

Question

What can i do? I was playing and randomly got booted out of the game then woke up the next morning with an email telling me i was banned for cheating. I first laughed and tought it was some mistake by EA but after disputing i just got a copy/paste email telling me that they stand by their action and my game will remain banned.

I have disputed 5 times now, tried every avenue of communication wich there are almost none and always just a copy/paste response and some live chat where they couldnt care less and pointing out that they couldnt even communicate with the team that handles these cases. What is this joke? I bought the game pre-orded for full price and they dont even let me have an active communication to the people that have the power to help me.

This so uncredibly outrageous and unfair.

Hi there DatlocalBoiii​&nbsp;Unfortunately while I understand the frustration there is nothing further we can do for you here on the forum.Only the ToS team can action disputes/appeals and if they have denied the appeal there is nothing further that we can do for you here.You are still welcome to file additional appeals via the steps here but as there is nothing else we can do here on the forums for this I will be closing this thread off.
