i got false banned for cheating as well.
ive already went through with EA support, because i have no idea what could of caused this, not even what could of caused this falsely.
and just like your case, they left me with a blunt "do not cheat, cheating is a, b, and c,." message after messaging their support.
i am hoping for the best for both of us, as i paid 90 dollars just to play this game, (most ive ever spent on games in a single sitting) just to play 13 hours and get banned.

Yeah I'm really upset about this, never banned before and never cheated in shooter before.
Even fought through the bugs because I do enjoy these games, even though the quality overall has dropped.
And then to get treated like this.
I wasn't even mad about the false positive ban, because it shows me they are doing something, but they need a better review system for people who dispute it.
