False positive bans

Is it pointing towards that iCue is tagged as cheating if used for changing the screen lightning conditions beyond what was intended for the gameplay by the EA developers and possible alone by help of the in-game parameters?
If so, then that is indeed included as part of cheating offenses that will be dealt with.
