@TheUltimateSmug I have been using iCue while gaming for atleast the last 7 years and never heard of this, or got banned from any game.
@BizzyVaping I was exactly the same before this happened. =(

I would put money on that 99% of the people posting here either did nothing at all wrong... just got flagged by broken EAC or may have earned a short temp ban for something as dumb as farming bots on the roof of Kaleidoscope.Reached out to my bank and did a dispute claim on my debit card to get my money back. This will now more than likely trigger Steam to ban and block my account... so EA can unban at some point which would be meaningless for me since I won't even be able to access it. So they'll still get away with royally screwing me over with my 287 hrs invested. I have bad feeling none of this will mean anything... because thinking about now, if they admit to some kind of screwup... they put themselves in the legal crosshairs of people like myself who've lost not only just BF2042 but every game we own on Steam and would be able to go after them for ALL those loses as well.
