False positive bans

I just got a false positive banned from BF2042 this morning, while I was not even home... how is this even possible? I guess its rip my ultimate edition.  I believe another user @Gryphonv got the sa...

Just to add, my main issue is they can't even tell me what triggered the ban. 

If their ban system is so good, it should be easy for them to say.

Originally said they sent me an email explaining the ban, and they haven't. 

I checked the email this account is attached to.

@Gryphonv Ya, no email explaining the ban, no email to confirm you opened a ticket for reviewing said ban. I guess ill have to check EA Halp every 15 minutes until I see something change

EA as a long way to go with that communication and transperency haha.
