Maybe they are overloaded with the amount of requests. I really hope they fix it for you.
File a credit card dispute for false advertising, easy to get a refund then.

I've downloaded all my GDPR data from EA and it states,
"Status_Reason": "SUSPENDED_MISCONDUCT_GENERAL"
I am feeling a bit conspiratory in the matter, as I know I am clean the only thing that could trigger this is either a hacked account or someone from EA reacting to my negative Steam review and doing a manual ban on this.
I've requested further GDPR/PII from EA, will see what the response will be there. I am seriously considering legal actions in the matter.
For now, could you all request your data from EA and verify the Status_reason?
- @indi81 i was thinking this GDPR thing yesterday at work. i will reguest data and send it here, but i think its same as yours. just hoping those big streamers get banned and they have to investigate their product (easyanticheat)
