False positive bans

Hi!

So, yeah... it's another one of those complaints...

Last night I got banned, during the time I wasn't even playing BF2042. Needless to say, I certainly was *NOT* cheating. For christ' sake, I only played the game for like 12 hours or so. I got it like 3 days ago.

Furthermore I didn't use any exploits (not that I'm aware of), I wasn't playing on bot farming servers, heck, I barely even played in Portal as I just wanted to try the 128-player modes first. I don't have Razer whatever keyboard or mouse with macros, I'm using just a regular old "feature-less"  mouse and keyboard. I got the game through Steam, but besides that I barely had anything else running in the background. Certainly no "fishy" 3rd party apps.

I already wrote to support, but all I got was a stupid copy-paste automated reply saying:

We determined that we took the correct action [...]

You break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

So.... what the hell??  I have had my account for 13 f..ing years (!!), never used any cheats in my lifetime, and I've been playing Battlefiled games for 17 (!!!) years.
Just like in every BF game, I mostly play medic, so my KD ration is not outstanding either; in fact it's quite the opposite, all I got is just assist XP, so I'm pretty sure I wasn't reported by salty enemy players either.

What the heck is going on????
