@ElliotLH Yeah I understand that, but I'm not really a patient person, and I don't want to wait any longer for a response from ToS on my dispute, or waste any more of my time on this topic. I guess it comes down to being a matter of principle at this point, I hope you can understand that. If there is a widespread problem with false bans, I don't think it is being handled very well by EA, and it has really turned me off from the company as a whole. There is no way to communicate with this ToS "team", everyone else in this thread seems to just receive an automated dispute denial response with no indication that an investigation into their case ever even took place, and no clarification of the reason behind the ban. So that's what I'm expecting to receive anyways. In all honesty this is complete BS and I wish that someone was reaching out to me with more information, asking me for more information, idk, anything would be nice really. I guess I'm glad this happened early on rather than after 2000 hours of gameplay. Just very disappointed in how this situation has been handled, as I'm sure everyone else involved is. Doesn't make sense I filed my dispute 12/18 and still haven't heard anything, yet many here claim to have filed after me and received their denial already. Zero communication just doesn't work for me in 2021
