@-NME-M0710NM4N Yeah that’s true I suppose. Just hope at this point EA or Dice breaks the silence. The game is struggling real bad. I was truly looking forward to this game. And to see this forum grow over 120 pages in a little over a month is saddening.
Trouble is the cheat's on pc have exploded since the release of warzone etc.
There are websites out there that have cheats not picked up since bf1.
$40-$100 a month gets you to cheat as much as you like.
Apparanetly activision are after one such site now.
So what happens we have the cheats who use basic hacks etc.
They call out foul treatment by EA but tbh most are cheating no excuses just be brave and admit it.
No matter how small or how little it effects others just admit you cheat/tried to get a advantage.
Then we have false positives always happens unfortunately ☹️ Hope your sorted soon 🙂
But trouble is all the cheaters who have been banned get on the bandwagon on false positve as a way out.

@Kona_ukMost of the subscription based cheat services offer a replacement copy of a game if they're cheat is detected and you get a ban... so why on earth would anyone be in here crying about being banned if all that had to do was tell the cheat site and get a replacement copy of the game?
Personally I would be more than willing to let EA take a peek at my bank statements for the past few months... they could clearly see that not only have I never paid for a cheat, but that I couldn't even afford one if I wanted it. I'm "literally" poor. I barely have a roof over my head or food on the table with no income aside from what little friends and family help with... yet I can afford a cheat sub? I'm pointing out the cheats/script kiddies who do try to get a advantage are not use to getting banned as on WARZONE which as we all know had a huge problem.
So now they moan as hardware spoof does not work they have to buy the game again.

Rather than give the benefit of the doubt to us poor suckers that were scammed by one of the biggest gaming corporations that exists, you say to us "just admit you're cheating". BF2042 is a disaster in every way shape or form, but clearly the integration between BF2042 and EAC is the exception. People with good computers barely get over 50 FPS, but EAC is running smoothly no doubt.
My BELIEFS are that more than 50% of us in here whining about false-positives are 100% innocent. That's my belief. If your BELIEFS differ, you're allowed to say so. But don't act like you know. - @MrDraken I personally think about 80% here are innocent.
Unless EA is saying that my farming bots was "cheating". Then I would be guilty as charged. But to perm ban and steal $95? No way. Though unless it was some super-duper delayed ban, I hadn't done that in over a week. EAC has a problem, no doubt about it, but it is EA who are handling this poorly. They don't acknowledge the situation at all, basically treating us like dirt while keeping our hard earned cash. It is criminal. If this had happened in any other large business other than gaming they would have been sued so many times already. But since gaming is still slightly obscure and we click "Agree" to the ToS, we're all screwed. - @MrDraken I don't give a ToSs about their ToS. LoL
I want to ask this again... how many of us have farmed bots? Nobody other than me? Or at least not willing to admit it? Not knowing why we were banned doesn't make it any easier to understand what they consider an actual cheat (aside from the obvious). - @-NME-M0710NM4N I didn't sry. I did have some pretty "farmy games" with the little bird, but that shouldn't really qualify.

Never forget a player on ET who got better and then super human we actually called him out and he played for us ☹️
Also our first clan match on ET we were good very good but naive.
What a wake up that was destoyed in seconds by hacks.
Next match we were ready to call it out straight away alot of work went into that.
Next match we won and i have banned players for cheating so have heard the excuses for years.So yes most are cheating/getting a advantage

- @staticsys I did a little bit too but it was during the first week of the game and I got banned on Dec. 26th. So it would be weird to be banned for something a month later.
I had to ask about the farming because that's literally the only thing I did that I "technically" shouldn't have. I even thought it would be odd to get such a delayed ban for it, because it was at least a couple weeks or longer between when I did and when I got banned.
- @-NME-M0710NM4N When you mean farming do you mean in Portal or in Solo mode? Cause I never joined any of the Xp farm lobbies in portal and only farmed a bit in Solo.

How is playing the game against bots ban-able? This is ridiculous.
I've played a few matches against bots too because i wanted to have a more casual experience and the next day I got banned.
If they straight out ban you for playing their game it's just called theft and they should be reported to the respective consumer protection institutions.@TeeFeOGNSo with my specific question I was really referring to on the map kaleidoscope where you're behind the pipes farming the bots. Though yes it's very easy to farm the bots on almost any map as long as you don't get too close to the objectives.

I didn't cheese the solo like that.I’m just throwing this out there, cause it’s irked me to the point where I don’t understand.
During one of the first few weeks of the game, I was commanding a tank, first one ever, and I happened to get Melee’d out of the drivers seat, from across the map..
i have video evidence of this and the bull* that happened.
My character even had a red screen like my driver was hit right before I died.
Now I know being able to melee or defib people out of vehicles has been a thing for as long as I can remember, but I mean this guy was out on the coast of C1 when I was in the tunnel on Orbital. He didn’t even have a direct line of sight of me.
Funny thing is..he’s not banned. He’s still able to play whenever he wants. But I am? Okay then hah
I wonder when we can expect something from Tom? He said maybe by end of week... which I know tomorrow is the end of week but kinda thought he would have gotten something out today. Oh well...

My grappling hook never worked that fast... also notice who killed me... - @-NME-M0710NM4N I've done the kaleidoscope farm in sp and honestly that's about the only thing I could've done to trigger a ban. Still surely alot more people would've been banned if that was the cause? That spot is pretty well known atleast on youtube and with mp performance pretty bad before they rolled out 64p servers I figure quite a few people would be using that spot to grind out attachments.
It would make sense that EAC probably monitoring those single player servers as I don't think those are ran locally on our machines. Still seems ridiculous to ban for single player farm when they put it there as an option. if this is case. All these posts show clearly one thing:
WE HAVE NO IDEA AT ALL WHY WE WERE BANNED!
We all speculate
- if we were just to good to be true (well, not me at least)
- if bot-farming is the reason
- if we showed any toxic behavior
- if we use any software (or even have any software installed) that is indicated as possible cheating (incl. standard software that comes with your mouse; controlling the DPI gets me banned, or what???)
- if the EAC integration is as buggy as the rest of the games and leads to false positives (I think this is still the most likely reason, especially when one account is banned and another one on the same system isnt).
This is just ridiculous.
None of the above reasons even justifies a permanent ban.
EA, answer us, give us hints what you blame us for.
No chance to ever buy anything again if we can't be sure that we won't pay money for nothing.
