Based on my own limited knowledge, I think it's related to demand and there is a struggle for slots due to how many people are running experiences at the moment.
You can still launch them, but it takes some perseverance, unfortunately. It was taking me between 3 and 5 minutes of pressing the Host button to get a couple of mine to launch at the weekend (it was much quicker in the early morning too).
