Feedback / Bugs / Balance - read it DICE

Here's a quick list of stuff that needs fixing in 128p AOW :

BUGS :
-after death the G57 if left in burst mode will not work properly (bursts start working differently, its weird try it out yourself)
-when getting shot by the nightbird you still get slowed down which is really unpleasant
-the AP grenade on the SFAR sometimes does no damage to vehicles
-game performance degrading after some games and i need to restart the game to fix it
-DLSS wrecks my performance, seriously how does a feature that should make my performance (fps) better hinder it ?

-PC performance and optimisation is really really bad and should be addressed, i have a decent rig and should get at least a decently smooth experience but instead i struggle to get 60fps sometimes

BALANCE :

-the nightbird is still disgustingly overpowered

-bolte is the next hovercraft now, needs balance

-rockets ignore flares in helicopters and jets

-AA rockets struggle to lock on most of the time

-flares don't seem to work properly, sometimes the missiles ignore them and hit the vehicle

-Dozer's shield is slow to use and mostly gets you killed

-Sundance's cluster grenades are way too powerful imo.

-The sentry gun is kinda useless ? Most of the time it struggles to lock on and does pathetic damage

OVERALL :
-teamplay is really bad because of specialists. Ammo, healing and revives are very rare. Somehow this needs to be addressed, it is really bad
-maps need more cover and the distance between sectors is ridiculous

-introducing 64p conquest would be a really good idea

-spawning players in empty fields with no cover is generally a bad idea

This is by no means everything, but it should give you a general idea of how things are ingame. I

  • @SFSeventhYou can't blame there is no teamwork on the specialists. When we had classes there still was no teamwork. I personally always drop ammo/med packs and revive when I can. Which I did the same way with classes. So it is really up to the person playing if they want to be a team player or not.

    Ok let me put it this way, Specialists should play as their intended class. How ? Merge old class system with Specialists 🙂

    FALCK/ANGEL - Heal/ammo and Revive

    SUNDANCE/DOZER/MACKAY - launchers/armor plates

    IRISH/BORIS - repair tool/mines

    RAO/CASPER - spotting/soflam/beacon/c5

    Therefore insert Specialist + class gadget + specialist gadget. I also understand that some abilities would need tweaks for this to work properly.

  • @SFSeventh Still a lot of people have to want to be team players to make teamwork work. Most are only concerned with their k/d ratios or want to sit back and snipe instead of dropping that ammo/medic pack.

    Yes BUT when cetrain gadgets/weapons/abilities were bound to specific classes you had no other choice than to play into that role.

    Sure, want to use the Dxr and snipe alll game ? You are more than welcome, here's a soflam or a spawn beacon. You can have your fun AND be useful !

    @SFSeventh Have you seen where most snipers in previous bf games put the spawn beacon, it's like hey why is that beacon miles away from anything, and they are sniping not trying to soflam, soflam doesn't get you 5000 mile headshots.

    Infact the one thing they do seem to have fixed is half your team sitting god knows where trying to snipe.

    I agree with you. I just used that as an example as to how my "idea" would work ingame.

    @SFSeventh In a perfect world, gadgets would be specialist type bound but weapons kept open like now even though I like running ammo box as casper.

    I think there IS something that could be done if DICE are willing to play ball and listen to feedback.

    -REVIVES : more xp reward for revives, when downed you should see how the distance to the nearest medic, FALCK syringe reviving people maybe ? 

    -AMMO : bigger resupply range, ability to take ammo from supports if no ammobox is dropped (ammo only no explosoves)
