Unrightfully Banned on 2042?!

     So I have skimmed Login Info, Account Change Logs, and everything under the sun as to why I was banned just after reinstalling 2042 August 1st of this year. I played it for roughly 6 hours between that following weekend and then was banned at an early hour in the morning that following Monday. 

     I still currently have an opened case that's been opened and replied to since the 4th of August and its just been setting at a status of "waiting on studio". Whatever that means I presume is they need to reply to it. No explanation has been justified by anyone, and upon downloading my player data, penalty history states that I was banned for a "competitive advantage" when emails and replies state I was cheating. I have offered to attach screenshots of the system file folder which where 2042 is installed to show all folders and files within it and no one has raised an eyebrow at the offer, nor has even contacted me for the matter. 

     Whatever a comp advantage would mean is beyond me. Playing wise, I use a Dualsense Edge controller on my PC that goes through a typical cable and is plugged into my monitor for cable management reasons. I have done everything to dispute this ban and its been to no avail. 

     Can someone direct with EA help with this issue? I can provide whatever evidence would be needed to further look into and dispute this issue.

    I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and there has been no follow up yet I see other users have the same issues of being wrongfully banned and their accounts are being fixed.

    Well both the discord and everywhere online suggested to come to forum's as there are more people on the support side that are active and typically resolve these kind of things.

    Hi xHunuity,

    Steeve_BF is correct that bans cannot be handled on these forums. Nobody here can access game accounts for security reasons. 

    Unfortunately, as that I can recommend is persevering with EA's Terms of Service team, as they are the only people who can overturn bans following a successful appeal.

    I'm not asking for a ban to be handled on a forum. I was directed to forums because a lot of ea team members that work the tos and rules and stuff are typically active on these forums. I've seen numerous other users have their issues spoken about on these BF forums and they got fixed in a matter of days. Yet I am going on 3 weeks now with no reply from anyone

    I'm about 6 weeks in and still banned, EA are a joke of a company banning people with no evidence, I've got evidence I don't cheat yet they don't care. It's easier for them to ban us than admit there is a issue with the anti-cheat. Honestly wish I never purchased a pc all I wanted was better FPS.

    I'm also on PC using a Duel sense edge controller plugged directly into pc
