Fix the fact that jumping out of vehicles breaks missile lock

Wouldn't mind the lock persisting if the enemy gets out as, in my mind, it's the vehicle which has been locked on to rather than the driver. p

Plus I would be content in just removing a vehicle from the map without getting a kill.
