From you .... (Pay attention the next time you think someone "just knew you were around the corner". You were probably tagged by either damaging a "specialist", being seen and "Q" menu'd, spotted by a drone or that stupid visor trick. Oh yeah, the magic ball...AND then it could be a glitch.)
Yeah...right....of course you wouldn't know if that happened. Of the five ways you described then to be spotted, two of them actually tell you on screen that 'your postion has been revealed' and one of them there's a little ball that makes a pretty obvious "Beep" sound.
I always enjoy the way some PC players like to try and make excuses for how people might do things when they're hacking by not actually hacking.
I'll leave you to your fairy tales mate.

Well, to be fair, usually your not told that "LOCATION REVEALED" until after your dead for some reason... lol
