Making the friendly's icon easier to see from distance/more distinct, is good enough for me. Friendly fire off....no need for enemy icons....shoot anything that moves 🍺

@SOCOMDEATHDEALRthere is concern where your crosshair has to hit the enemy player perfectly for it to show up. So is it resolved? What doesn't "show up"?
Aside from the beta, being a beta...me and my buddies enjoyed it....we had no trouble killing or dying.
Looking forward to release.
I have zero problems with them patching and doing maintenance (like most games), after release.
It's part of the gaming biz. I don't wear my heart on my sleeve 🤘😎🤘
- 4 years ago@SOCOMDEATHDEALR I am not debating enjoyment, I am mentioning mechanics. It doesnt do any good if it looks like a neon sign if the mechanics are out of whack.
No this is not how a gaming biz should work. Games should release working, not in beta after launch. And I am not saying 2042 will be released broken but some BF titles has.- 4 years ago
It would just enough to put different camos depending on the faction those characters are playing for. It's extremely easy to fix.
Even if they intend to sell camos with microtransactions down the line, they could just sell bulks of 2 camos 1 for RU and one for US with the same pattern.
It's the most deal breaker for me atm, I could live with many other aspects, and just see this all no-pats circus as an MMO approach (very uninspired imo), and lackluster, but I want to feel like I belong to something at least.
These survivors fight for nothing in the end.
Also how is it gonna be on portal with specialists and no spotting or no hud on friends vs foe? You wouldn't be able to play with specialists on portal with such features, it's very incomplete and an afterthought to me. You can't allow something that isn't designed to be understandable and useful.
