Game Feels Stiff Now?

The last couple of days, or maybe a bit longer, it seems like the game has been getting clunkier for some odd reason. Today, I got that mouse slow down bug again. I couldn't aim, and it totally locke...

@RaginSam vaulting has been terrible lately. I think they messed with something with movement speeds. It takes like 3 seconds to vault a small rock.

Mouse input is still delayed for me, and I am getting killed around corners a lot while my client hits are not registering at the server.
