Prior to the clip, I was in a free fall from a further position no going straight down; my chute was only open for a couple of seconds and by the damage, he either had to hit 4 body shots or 2 headshots. That was two head shots and from that distance and all the stuff between us, it would have been hard to line up the shot to hit it while ADSing that quickly. At the least, he had some type of assistance with a no-recoil script.

Look at the top right. You were being shot at by two different people, one of them being an Xbox player.
The Xbox player hit me with the first shot. The PC player made the killing shot.
The first one took about 33 percent of my health and then the last two took the rest. Body shots are 22 with that weapon and 44 for head shots so it was 2 head shots.

If you come across any suspicious players, the best course of action is to please just report them in game.
