By answer, he means it's not going to happen, unless you live in a country with good consumer protection laws and want to go through the hoops for it.

@ElliotLHThe information covered by the page you link to does not apply here. It is made for the cases if you don't like the game or have some technical issues at the start.
What we are dealing here is false advertising, broken promises and missing content (like selling a battle pass for the first year and not delivering on that for what will now be at least 8 months - IF first content will be available by early July).There is NO section on that page how to proceed with a refund request in case one has been scammed. If this page exists, please post a link to that one.
