I dont like to be called Hey, but

yo, why didn't you care of ask me why I'm so sad about this game? and why I wanted to refund it?so you don't care about veteran players? ohh,you do only care about mirco skin transaction?

He's a community manager, not a dev or representative of EA's sales or legal team, nor an employee of Steam or whatever platform you bought this game on.

Being disappointed is 1 thing and completely understandable but some basic civility and respect is just common decency.

Just check whatever rules apply to where you bought the product (14 days after purchase and more than 2 hours played = usually no-go for refund on Steam unfortunately).
