Yikes, you sound so bitter when you put it that way. Kinda makes me feel glad that I'm no longer out there in PvP land.

My first round was great. Since then, getting worse and worse. Rounds are being dominated by very low-rank players who do not die, always know your position, and insta-beam you with anything they use. Weapon damage is all over the place. ARs are doing virtually nothing. I'm getting instantly destroyed in one or two hits by rockets on my tanks, while enemy vehicles are absorbing rocket after rocket like its nothing. Enemies do not appear on radar when firing, but I apparently do. You can barely move without being lasered by someone who you cannot see, but they can always see you no matter what.
Its just not fun.

Haven't played 5.0 yet, but the rumored LMG rework is killing my interest.
Campy LMG's is neither fun to play as or play against.

I've had multiple rounds today and every round is being topped by someone under the rank of 80, frequently under 50. High kills, low deaths. Headshots only. Bullet sponges. Getting people running 6x power scopes on sniper rifles at close range who only hit the head as you're running around in front of them.
There's also something wrong when my ARs are doing nothing, I'm having to use the likes of the PP-2000 to have superior accuracy and firepower, yet some low ranker instantly takes my head off with hardly any visual using any AR they choose.
- YourLocalPIumber2 years agoSeasoned Ace@BigShottt Well, how would you describe players who go 2-19 at the bottom 10 players who think they're being SAS or Navy Seal PROs by equipping a sniper scope + long barrel on their ScarH and trying to mag dump me at 70m? And then calling me either a no-lifer who lives in mama's basement....or a hacker.

I don't know about the rest of you but I can't see anyone out there, even with the new spotting, and end up getting beamed from across the map because of it. I've tried everything with settings on both console and TV and nothing is working so yeah, my interest is definitely waning.

@TTZ_Dipsy This is happening to me a lot. I can barely see anyone, but they can somehow always see me.

@UP_LordPlumberSounds like an all too typical open server PvP'er to me, nothing new with that really. When I used to PvP with a friend of mine we'd watch for players like that and two-on-one them until they got frustrated enough to leave.
But I dunno, one day I just realized that I did not want to play like that anymore as it became a waste of my gaming time which became more precious at some point... and I never turned back, cept for once in a blue moon.
Maybe try a friendly league to join where you play according to certain rules or criteria so that you won't have deal with snipers. Not trying to tell you what to do....it's just that you sound really stressed about it. In COD you run into that type of player about every 20 feet, lol.
- YourLocalPIumber2 years agoSeasoned Ace@BigShottt I don't really understand this "You're a pvp player" term here. My guy, we're talking about a multiplayer FPS. Besides, I play all types of games. FPS, MMORPG, Roleplaying open world etc.
I call things by their name, plain and simple. Atleast I don't lie to myself like those people do. Coming into a multiplayer game and spending over half of their time in the respawn screen or wondering what the hell they're doing when they spawn, and calling it "Playing for fun". Thats what a waste of time and money looks like.
