Get rid of EMKV90-TOR one shot nonsense

@Man_iLoveFishing you also still have a chance of avoiding the Tor projectile... all you need to do is not be predictable....easy as that, or fly so high he can not get the elevation....
lets be real here until the TOR came out there was not a single tank most pilots were afraid of.... even the AA until its most recent change was rather pointless....
the balance all together is just bad in 2042 so don't think choppers should get special treatment... especially after they have been one of the most broken vehicle classes until S2 Liz came out and even then they were still dominant beyond comprehension... 50mm Hind/Condor spam anyone?

@X-Sunslayer-X You don't understand, I can be unpredictable. But try doing that while you are busy with another air vehicle, fight lasts too long. Also if tor is far, you really can't wiggle much.

@X-Sunslayer-X And I don't really need, I've adapted with tons of nerfs, added gadgets. I've built my self measurements. That tanks only measurement for me is to shut down game.

@Man_iLoveFishing fine, get a beep so you know it is firing but i expect a fix to the completely OP stealth helo that hides in stealth mode and pops flares when you start to hack then goes back into stealth mode after flares are protecting it (after short delay that is too short to get a hit if it isn't directly on top of you)

@X-Sunslayer-X Problem is that in 90% of times when TOR hill campers killed me I didn't have an idea it was even on the map. And it 90% of those cases I was killed in my own spawn by a TOR camper in its spawn. According to you a way to go about this is to fly a helicopter and do nothing else except looking around for a TOR hiding behind the trees in a game where spotting is so unreliable.

@Psubond You can still soflam that helicopter and Recoilles it. After all it is clearly visible and with one teammate you can knock it out of the game or make it unusable pretty much.

I'm fine with it having reduced damage if it recharged shots faster to compensate

Choppers can't dominate the way they do and I don't feel bad for em
