While I will openly admit I do not know if players are 'hacking', I will say that there is something seriously wrong with this game right now.
Be it Latency issues, Hacking, TTK/TTD, cronus zen, crossplay, Netcode or whatever... something needs to be fixed in this game.
I am not a great player, i PTFO, and couldn't care less about my K/D, but yesterday in 3 consecutive games I went 2/23, 0/17, 2/19. That is absolutely ridiculous.
I was getting spawn killed, headshot coming over hills before my shoulders were in LOS, shot from 300m with an AM40, all sorts of nonsense...
I have just about given up, it just isn't FUN anymore, it's a battle of frustration.

Ok stop with the "hacker" stuff. 78-3 or 80-2, were they flying? If so, no big deal. How many caps did they have, revives?
2 clips and 2 c4s? Are you sure you were hitting the same person or a person at all? One C4 is usually enough. I will admit to their being serious netcode issues with hit detection and seeming insta-death, but I find it hard to believe you put all that into one player and they didn't die. Do you have video?
Please STOP with saying that crossplay is the issue like PC is the only way to hack. The real issue here is the game is so broken, you can't tell if anyone is hacking or not. It all just sounds, "par for the course" with this title.
Please don't make this a pc vs console thing. You can cheat on console "cronus zen" and other modified controllers are an example.
K/D is also not a good indicator of cheating.
I have stop playing as as a footsoldier because of the increase of lowrank cheaters, especially on the new map stranded, its simply unplayable atm.
EAC isnt working as it should. Tank, chopper is my main focus because of this.

DICE TeamSeen friends and colleges with better stats then that, it's not impossible to get a really high kill count in 2042 and if they play as a squad as most of the time it happens you won't die a whole lot and get revived all the time. Going after just KD don't give a full pictures on what is going on.
I don't recommend sharing photos, videos of people that you suspect are cheating as counts as name and shame on the forum. Our forums is not the place start a riot against people.

No one said there wasn't...what I said was, the game it too broken to tell and if you think there are so many, let's see video. (And you can redact video, so....no name and shame)
EA Play is currently running a 1 month for $1 discount offer on the PlayStation store and it's NOT helping with the current issues. It makes things far too easy and cheap for the players in question to return to the game once caught and banned. EA play should NOT include ANY title under two years old in the subscription play access just for this one reason alone.
There are hackers in this game definitely. I have reported a few and have received feedback from EA about them taking action against them - I actually received 3 emails today.
They seem to be banning accounts because the people I reported just stopped leveling up and I have not seen them in any of the games I've been in, since receiving the emails from EA.
