Bolt Rack (2nd upgrade) sucks * so please buff it with reload speed and/or rate of fire, also make them pierce enemies. Bolts should also be able to pick up from targets or soft surfaces... idk pleas...

It is a Utility weapon, so unless it is OP, they ain't touching it.
