Ghostmaker Bolt Rack? buff when?
Bolt Rack (2nd upgrade) sucks * so please buff it with reload speed and/or rate of fire, also make them pierce enemies. Bolts should also be able to pick up from targets or soft surfaces... idk pleas...

It's fine as long as you're good at headshots. Though they could speed up the reload between shots just a touch, it's barely faster than the other bolts if I remember.
@SnubbyFighter Yeah the reload speed on it is hardly noticeable and maybe the starting point to make it worth using. On redacted its alright damage wise but outside of that standard or explosive is the better option.
