For me the be all and end all is the absence of official hardcore servers. I appreciate that hardcore is not for everyone but i have been a massive BF fan since Bad Company and not allowing hardcore servers with weapon and vehicle progression is outright ridiculous. This isn’t even half a game. They’ve only catered for a fraction of the player base.

Damn...is there any way to play HC?
I played the beta, a bit if the 10 hour trial at launch but decided not to buy at the time.
Now it's $30 on EGS and I'm seriously considering picking it up.
All that said, I've always preferred HC servers in BF. But if that isn't or won't eventually be an option, I may just stick with BF1.
