@BURGERKRIEG To be 100% fair, nearly all WW2 era MMGs couldn't be fired from the hip without it spraying the entire side of an Iowan brick red barn IRL. Modern MMGs still only fire straight when prone, so I don't understand your logic in that regard.
I didn't mind BF1 and BF5. Some of the weapons were hit or miss, sure, however, if you're ultimately not having fun, why keep playing?
Also, a generation is 20 years, I know Hardline was bad but... Verant made that, not Dice, so don't blame them for that mess and I'm sure there were worse FPSs than Hardline in the last 20 years. Now, if you're referring to Battlefield generations, then you're quite wrong there. BFV had 3? Or was it 4 big content updates and went quite strong until they announced they were stopping production on it to put all effort towards 2042 and that was last May or June of 2020.
