Its IS easy.
Just don't rely on the countermeasures alone. Stay close to buildings, hills or anything else that you can use to break the line of sight after using your countermeasures.
When you attack fly low to the ground. Flying low you pass people on the ground fast and are out their line of sight before they even have a chance to react . Beeing high in the sky might seem safer since you'll feel like your far from the action, but you'll be like a sitting duck that anyone can lock onto.

@Terminator000001that is why my nightbird uses AGM instead of AP missiles. If the team is good enough to use soflam often, I can even put pressure on aircraft.
Miniguning the infantry is a lot more satisfying

Same here. I run Miniguns and AGMs and still can get more kills, while actually supporting my team by destroying vehicles and not farming infantry in tight spots. But most importantly, we win the game.
