Guys! Downgrade nvidia driver to 496.13 for a good FPS boost
I went from 40-60 fps to 60-80.

It would explain why people are getting different performances on same setups. I am on the latest build. And it was trash.
So I guess, I'll try that. It was random in beta too. I also expect people to enable rtx not knowing what it is and kill their frames.
I play in 1080 with a 1080 and 3700x if thats useful for anyone.
Wow, that actually helped a lot. I went from 60-70 to 80-90 FPS on the same settings. Thanks alot my guy!
