To be honest i had only seen 2 cheaters in 700 hours of game.
One was running like flash but he was kicked out like 5 minutes after the game started, the other one I dont even remember.
The cheater situation in this game is not terrible, actually is really good at least in my servers.
Go play in the oceanic servers you will have 1/2 every match if not more
