Hardcore is not possible in 2042 - constructive criticism to fix this.

@davidgmccoy1 I totally agree, however I think that discussion has taken place many times and is seperate from the even more fundamental issues I'm hoping to get resolved here. If you don't like specialists I suggest refunding or not buying, they are clearly a core mechanic of the game and likely intended to be used for moenization in the future. I'm trying to learn to live with them as horrible as they are.
