Originally Hazard Zone required 16 players to start the round, then about one or two months ago Hazard Zone only required 12 players to start a round. The 12-player start was great for players that wish to play in the morning and early afternoon in the USA. After the last update, EA changed the required players to start a round back to 16 players. Please bring back the 12-player start and reduce the one-minute countdown to start the round so players do not time out due to inactivity waiting for the game to begin.

However, sometimes there's still quite a bit of a long wait to reach that threshold, as many players drop out or the population may be low and/or we must wait for players to join from another HZ match/server that's already in progress (up to 15+ min).And, once we reach that minimum player count, players must wait an additional 60 seconds in the lobby before the match "begins", where you're next taken to the specialist selection screen (taking up another 75 seconds or so of mandatory wait time, which in this case is understandable as the game is locked in and ready to go so it's not a huge deal).Please decrease the lobby's "starting" countdown timer by at least 30 seconds.

The 12 player start was tremendous. I'm really disappointed that it went back to 16 and with all of the new glitches going on in Hazard Zone, especially the end of round scoring problems where most of the time it shows 0's for everyone extracting even when we know that wasn't the case.

I don't see why this would be a problem, please set it to 12.

@sk1lldI agree, in fact I have been an advocate for lowering the player count needed to start for all rounds / game modes.More playtime less waiting time I say. !

I see that the req'd player count to start a match went back up to 16 with this last update... please change this back down 12.

This needs to get priority and get fixed ASAP.
I have had times recently where the counter said 4 players online when there were 40+ !!!

It affects all players on all platforms before every single round, as far as I know.

@KOT-RottenDeslok Yeah you're right, required players and countdown need to be and stay reduced in HZ, you'd think they'd know by now.

@KOT-RottenDeslok Has HZ got all current reworked maps + Exposure, or are there still some missing? I know Discarded and Hourglass reworks are still yet to be released.
