What is everyone's choice of headset for the Battlefield game. FPS only? specify if you are console and which or PC.

For specifically BF2042?
Well since the game is a big step backwards in sound quality vs what we have had before I wouldn't be spending too much money.
Sennheiser HD599SE's (Amazon - I own these) often appear around £90 and less. They don't feel like the best quality headphones but sound quality is perfectly good.
Next step up in my experience are AKG k702. Better sound stage (which is what you want) but will be around £120. Only issue is the wiring isn't always great and can fall apart!
@Ai-Fluffy thanks for the info....i just purchased last night the drop + sennheiser PC38X that amazon has currently for 149 us dollars....I will have them saturday so I can see how they sound vs my old ones
