A helicopter pilot that properly balances aggression and evasiveness is damn near impossible to take down from the ground.

No, I do not like the current status quo.
One is either having a horrible time flying (feeling useless) or a really amazing time (the enemy cannot do anything to stop you).It is their job to fix the outliers and bring the experience somewhere in between
