Helicopter nerf unwarranted - Unpopular opinion?

My issue hasn't been with infantry aa it has mostly been fighter jets. Shooting me down right when I spawn or missiles will hit me almost instantly from a jet without any warning sound to flare. It is so annoying especially when infantry aa needs to be like 100 yards away from a jet to lock on and by then the jet already whizzes by without lock. The whole aa, jet, heli system needs a whole balance.
