I would love to see some of the BF2 rules back in the game.
- 6-man squads.
- Only squad leader spawn.
- Friendly fire ON
- No health regen without medpack
- No armour health regen without engineer
- no 3D spotting (minimap pings only)
I used to play on a BF4 server that had all those rules (except 6-man squads) and it was a really good expereience - it had a good following and the teamplay necessary (along with VOIP, DICE, V - O - I - P) meant that you got to know the regulars. I made friends on that server. It was awesome.
If such rules were available, I'd basically leave a computer on 24/7 to make sure that a server like that stayed up all the time.
@filthy_vegans I'm hoping that BF2 is in the works for Portal and game packs. 😀
