Untrue.
It really depends. Blatant cheaters should automatically get flagged and given at least a temporary ban until it can be reviewed by an actual person. If someone is getting over a certain percentage of head shots, over a length of time, and for so many kills, then you can safely put them in timeout. No system is perfect, but this would be more proactive.
I've seen a few suspect players recently, and when looking up their stats they had 60-90% accuracy for head shots. That's way beyond what even "Pro" players are capable of. These are the type of cases that should get automatically flagged and given a temporary ban until proven innocent.
The longer you've played the game, the more trust you should be given. A new account with under 50 hours and playing like top 0.1% players... you need to go straight to timeout buddy.

But, we're living in woke times, of 'Equity, Inclusion & Diversity'—which per se sounds great and there's nothing wrong with it depending on its deployment—and as such we should take extra care not to hurt people's feelings. Sending suspicious players to limbo waiting to be investigated would leave them emotionally scarred for life.
In this new century it is verboten to criticize anyone or to be seen as treating them differently regardless of what they're doing.- 2 years ago
i'd say its because they off loaded the a lot of the server code onto the clients. you havent been able to own a server since bf44 (the last PC over console(or at least even)bf game released)
So all the client has to do is lie to the server and not be found out.
I suspect that the anit cheat is waiting for enought of the cheap hacks to make mass market then there will be a ban wave.
My biggest problem with the game is the fact i have a group of friends i like to play with that is over 4.
HOW HARD IS IT TO LET FRIENDS PLAY TOEGTHER

I have always struggled to understand why someone cheats.
What benefits does it give?
No gaming satisfaction, that is for sure. So what?
