@MarkedByAshes Got my refund from Playstation for my Gold Edition, just told them the game was a big lie and the promises from Dice in their vids was nothing like the real game, and the next day I got my refund accepted En a week later my money. 👍🏻
@DirtyDutchmanNLI'll give them a call again, but at this point I am not holding my breath. I was refused the morning of release and tried again a few days later and they disconnected the chat on me citing the same old "here's our refund policy". 😑
But glad to hear someone is getting satisfaction (such as it is) when EA is clearly not concerned about their customers and just looking to move on to the next title.
No matter the outcome, I'm done with EA.
Are you listening to your customers, @EA_Barry ? I'd say that's a big NOPE! Prove me wrong! Let's see some REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🙄
