@Psychopski I don't think they know how to balance. They buffed repair, but can't change seats. They buffed lock on range, which nerfed jets and 2-seats attack helicopters.
All they need to do is nerf health and flare recharge. Like 10% less each, and if not enough, another 5% nerf.
