This here is your problem. You are facing at a 4 man crew in the Hind or Condor. To take these down effectively you need a 2 or 3 man SOFLAM team.
SOFLAM has a 450 meter lock range - Once lock is established with the SOFLAM your 2 support guys armed with Recoilless launchers can then lock the target (5 seconds).
Now the kicker - Once the recoilless has been launched and is being guided by the SOFLAM user, the recoilless warhead will track the target as long as the SOFLAM is targeting it! I have destroyed Condors and Hinds with the SOFLAM guided recoilless warheads over 850 meters away.
The tools are there to dispatch air assets, you just need to use them.
Here is a Condore being chased by multiple recoilless warheads to nearly 900 meters and being destroyed. Because proof is a wonderful thing.
