One person alone should not be able to take out a 4 man "crew", 6 if you have engineers onboard.
The SOFLAM dispatches air assets quickly and effectively with a 2-3 Man crew. The SOFLAM lock time is approximately 3 seconds. The 2 Recoilless users then wait for a 5 second lock and the SOFLAM user keeps the target painted for the recoilless war heads to track the target.
Here is the kicker: Once the lock from the SOFLAM has been established and the recoilless warheads are in the air they will track the target for a massive range (we have removed condors and hinds at nearly 900 meters).
Proof is a wonderful thing so here is a Condor being taken out at approximatly 900 meters with 2 warheads tracking via SOFLAM.

The tools are there to keep air assets under control , you just need to use them.

A decent pilot, not even a good one, will pop flares as soon as he notices he's being hacked. Problem is they on low CD on the flares, so he will pop them before the hack is on and fly away, tun back and rinse repeat until they kill the hacker. I switch to RAO + SOFLAM every time a Hind/Condor abuser teams are on, and NO there is no way in hell you are able to say it with a straight face they are easy to kill. You want team play? play in a tank as a crew but I bet you wont like it when a HIND/Condor hovers on top of you and you cant do anything about it.. A lot of the players will log in for a normal match, some will log in to exploit and get kills fast, you and your team are on the later. Also dont post videos of pilots that cant use cover like you shown in the vid with the condor or even more laughable the kill on the "stealth" chopper, Cleary that pilot has no clue what he's doing.
