Looks more like a BSV-M Accuracy issue then a hit reg issue. When you have 18 or 19 shots left in the mag you can see the bullets landing to the right of the guy you are shooting at.
I think you got Aimpunched, I have noticed on the BSV-M when i get aim punched the bullets goes anywhere but the crosshair and its hard to see because the gun doesn't have any tracers.
@Pantleon please specify which exactly video do you refer. I'm a little confused. Also with no tracers I have no idea which shenannigans DICE pulling. But mind that in all cases all attachment are exactly the same.
